There’s the regular sales, then there’s the long-awaited Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, an annual event that offers serious savings on the department store’s most beloved brands. And if you’re getting married soon, now is a great time to snag some big deals on bridal and bridal items.

“[The Nordstrom] The anniversary sale is a great time to [brides] to stock up on items for her big day, her honeymoon and even wedding gifts, ”says Kate Bellman, fashion editor at Nordstrom. “Beauty is a great area for the bride-to-be to profit from the sale. ”

What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The anniversary sale only takes place once a year. It’s unique because it doesn’t just include items from the past season; instead, you can find great discounts on new and never-discounted items that will revert to full price when the sale is over.

When is the Nordstrom 2021 anniversary sale?

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens to the public on July 28 and ends on August 8, with early access starting earlier in the month.

How do I buy the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale early?

Early Access to Sale begins July 12 for select Nordstrom cardholders; when you can start buying depends on your “Nordy Club level” which is dictated by your annual spending.

Cardholders with “Icon” status can shop on July 12, “Ambassadors” can shop on July 14, and Early Access purchases for those with “Influencer” status begin July 16.

Do I need to be a Nordstrom Rewards member to buy?

You do not need to be a Nordstrom Rewards member to purchase the Anniversary Sale, but you will have to wait until the general public sale opens on July 28 to purchase.

The good news is, it’s not too late to apply for a Nordstrom card (you need to be the cardholder to make your purchases early). All cardholders, regardless of their spending history, start at the Influencer level, which allows you to start shopping the sale on July 16, a full 12 days before the general public can start shopping.

What is typically on sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The Anniversary Sale includes great deals on new and never-discounted products from hundreds of well-known (and loved!) Brands. The sale also includes exclusive high value beauty sets. Also be on the lookout for one-day flash sales only as part of the anniversary sale.

Of course, you’ll want to take your wedding date into account when shopping. “Investing in your accessories is like a great way to go,” says Micaela Erlanger, celebrity and wedding stylist. “It may be better to buy that special pair of earrings or a pair of amazing heels than to buy clothes too far in advance, because often people’s bodies change. That being said, if you see a beautiful dress that you like or an outfit that you like and the price is right, keep in mind that you can always tailor things for a later date and time.

Although the sale has not officially started yet, you can purchase these items on sale now. Also, starting July 19, you can add sale items to your wishlist, so you can click add to cart as soon as the sale opens to the public.
