Crocs opens a new store with a new store concept

Tanger Outlets Lancaster has no shortage of footwear retailers, from Nike and Skechers to Clarks and Sperry, among other stores.

And now you can add another shoe retailer. Crocs opened in a 2,900 square foot space in Suite 1130 near Sperry in the Township Mall of East Lampeter, Lancaster County. The store opened at 10 a.m. Friday.

“This location will be among the first to open with the new Crocs store concept, featuring an elevated floor plan and the brand’s ‘Come As You Are’ mantra primarily displayed,” the mall said in a statement. Press. “The goal of this new concept is to allow shoppers to embrace self-expression and authenticity. The retailer will offer a wide range of products for the whole family, including Crocs’ iconic Classic Clog and Classic Sandal silhouettes, newly launched styles and an assortment of Jibbitz charms for maximum personalized opportunities.

Crocs does not have stores in the Harrisburg area, although the retailer’s shoes can be purchased at area stores.

Tanger Outlets Lancaster is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. Those traveling far should check exact times at individual stores.

The mall is located at 312 Stanley K. Tanger Blvd.

Tanger Outlets Lancaster is about 45 minutes from Harrisburg.

“As the world’s leading footwear brand, Crocs is an ideal complement to our other fashion and footwear brands at the center,” said Monica Trego, director of marketing at Tanger Outlets Lancaster, in a press release.

Another shoe retailer, Ugg also plans to open at Tanger Outlets Lancaster in Suite 1110 next to Sperry. No date has yet been announced for this opening.
